Maria K. Morse is a refugee from corporate America. Her career in the printing industry included working with some of the largest book publishers in the country, both in sales and customer service.
When Maria moved to Melbourne in 2005, she became an entrepreneur and started her own bookkeeping business. Many of her clients were real estate agents and that prompted her to renew her real estate license, originally obtained in the 1980’s, and begin working as a Realtor. Maria is dedicated and continually takes classes to improve her knowledge of the real estate industry.
She loves people and builds friendships with her customers that last long after the keys have been exchanged. In addition to building relationships with her customers, she has an extensive contact list of mortgage brokers, bankers, title companies, inspectors, etc., to help you in the process of what is likely the largest financial transaction of your life. Maria understands that buying or selling a home is also one of the most emotional transactions and her calm demeanor helps to keep it on track.
In her spare time, Maria is an avid reader. She loves to cook, spend time at the beach, and travel. Of all the places she has lived in Florida, she loves Brevard County, and especially Suntree/Viera, the most. She looks forward to welcoming you to the area, and helping you find your own place of blissful contentment.
